Welcome
A long overdue update sees new work in the Icons and Nudes pages and also the birth of “Disease and Decoration” page. This deals with the artwork and design work produced using diseases and wounds as the initial inspiration. An uncomfortable subject matter not usually applied to soft furnishings, producing a fascinating juxtaposition of soft
comforting fabrics, with flesh, blood and disease. A lot of my work is now produced using recycled and reclaimed fabrics where possible. There is a great wealth of materials that can be used - anything that can be stitched, can be used. Each gallery holds the images and information on production and inspiration. You will also find an email link, should you wish to comment or for purchase and commission
information. I hope you enjoy visiting my site. Many thanks Keith Newlove
